About the Center

The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies (ACRPS) was established in July 2014. It was published in the Official Gazette (Legal, Sharia and Legal Announcements) under No. 79 on July 3, 2014. The Center aims to carry out political, human and social research and studies related to the Maghreb in general, and to disseminate objective scientific knowledge mainly in the field of social, human and political studies, taking advantage of the achievements of modern humanities in order to renew scientific approaches and develop analytical tools.

The Center is originally a branch of the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies, which was established in 2010 as an Arab research institution for social sciences and applied social sciences. It seeks to support, promote and publish research related to the fields of foreign relations of Arab countries, national security, environmental issues, media studies, political economy, public opinion, and social transformations, in a way that contributes to rationalizing public opinion and supporting the decision-making process in the Arab world with scientific research based on independence and scientific objectivity.
